Sealed bids will be received by the Edison Local School District, 14890 State Route 213, Hammondsville, OH 43930, until noon, on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, and then publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of a new bus and concession facility.

The work consists of partial demolition of the existing bus facility, addition of a 600 sq. ft., 1 story building on the northeast corner of the existing bus parking lot, new asphalt surface, new chain link fence with 2 manual gates. A new Concession Building, approximately 1600 sq. ft., one story, including restrooms and both preparation and serving areas.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either:
(1) a Bid Guaranty / Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or
(2) a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, ORC, in the amount not less than ten (10%) of the total amount of the bid pursuant to Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The Bid Guaranty shall be made unconditionally payable to the Edison Local School District.

No Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted.
